Jessica is a Certified Holistic Nutritionist and Personal Trainer with over 7 years of experience in the wellness industry. Her background in education inspired her to create a space where you find programs that work for you and helps you learn to understand your own body and its needs.

Through her own struggles with food and fitness, Jessica learned the importance of the word balance and how to apply it in a meaningful way that has a lasting impact.
