This high protein breakfast will have you feeling full for hours and this is the perfect thing to meal prep for busy weeks!

Ingredients

  • 150 grams egg whites
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1/2 ounce cheddar cheese
  • 1 josephs lavash wrap
  • 2 amy lu chicken breakfast sausages

Instructions

  1. In a bowl combine the egg and egg whites with the milk and whisk together.
  2. Cut up the sausage and add it with the cheddar cheese to the eggs.
  3. Mix together and pour into a pan to scramble on medium/low heat.
  4. Add to the lavash wrap and roll into a burrito and place back into the pan to crisp on high heat for 1 minute per side.

Ingredients

  • 8 Slices white soft sourdough or french bread
  • 5 whole eggs
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 cup blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F
  2. Cut the bread into 1 inch cubes and add to a big bowl
  3. In a small bowl whisk together the eggs, vanilla, milk, applesauce and 1 tsp cinnamon
  4. Pour liquid mixture over bread and mix until combined
  5. Add in the blueberries and mix
  6. Scoop french toast mixture into a greased muffin tin, make sure to pack each muffin in with mixture
  7. Sprinkle each muffin with cinnamon and a few blueberries
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the tops are golden brown

  • 1 cup plain greek yogurt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 F
  2. In a bowl sift the flour, baking powder and salt together to combine well.
  3. Add in the yogurt and honey and mix until the dough has formed
  4. Knead the dough until smooth, about 3 minutes
  5. Cut the dough into 6 pieces and roll each piece into a thin log. pinch the log into a circle with a hole in the middle.
