Ingredients
- 150 grams egg whites
- 1 whole egg
- 1/2 ounce cheddar cheese
- 1 josephs lavash wrap
- 2 amy lu chicken breakfast sausages
Instructions
- In a bowl combine the egg and egg whites with the milk and whisk together.
- Cut up the sausage and add it with the cheddar cheese to the eggs.
- Mix together and pour into a pan to scramble on medium/low heat.
- Add to the lavash wrap and roll into a burrito and place back into the pan to crisp on high heat for 1 minute per side.

Blueberry French Toast Muffins
Ingredients
- 8 Slices white soft sourdough or french bread
- 5 whole eggs
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 cup blueberries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F
- Cut the bread into 1 inch cubes and add to a big bowl
- In a small bowl whisk together the eggs, vanilla, milk, applesauce and 1 tsp cinnamon
- Pour liquid mixture over bread and mix until combined
- Add in the blueberries and mix
- Scoop french toast mixture into a greased muffin tin, make sure to pack each muffin in with mixture
- Sprinkle each muffin with cinnamon and a few blueberries
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the tops are golden brown

Ingredients
- 1 c whole wheat flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1 egg white beaten for the topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 F
- In a bowl sift the flour, baking powder and salt together to combine well.
- Add in the yogurt and honey and mix until the dough has formed
- Knead the dough until smooth, about 3 minutes
- Cut the dough into 6 pieces and roll each piece into a thin log. pinch the log into a circle with a hole in the middle.
- Place on a baking sheet and brush with the beaten egg white.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the tops are golden brown.

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups oats
- 3/4 cup liquid egg whites
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Place ingredients into a bowl or blender and cover and place in the fridge for at least 1 hour ( overnight is preferred)
- Blend on high for 1 minute until a thin consistency forms
- Heat a skillet on medium high heat and place 1/4 cup of the batter into the skillet creating a round circle
- Cook for 30 seconds to 1 minute on each side
- Repeat until all batter is done

- 3/4 cup liquid egg whites
- 3/4 cup low fat cottage cheese
- 1 1/2 ounces of Cheddar Cheese Shredded
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 lb ground turkey 93/7 blend that has been cooked
- salt and black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375
- Cook your turkey with salt and pepper on the stove top until cooked through
- Combine oats, egg whites and cottage cheese into a blender and blend on high until combined.
- In a bowl combine the oat mixture, cheddar cheese, and baking powder
- Add in the cooked turkey and mix together
- Using an ice cream scoop, fill a muffin tin with the batter
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
