This high protein breakfast will have you feeling full for hours and this is the perfect thing to meal prep for busy weeks!
Ingredients
- 150 grams egg whites
- 1 whole egg
- 1/2 ounce cheddar cheese
- 1 josephs lavash wrap
- 2 amy lu chicken breakfast sausages
Instructions
- In a bowl combine the egg and egg whites with the milk and whisk together.
- Cut up the sausage and add it with the cheddar cheese to the eggs.
- Mix together and pour into a pan to scramble on medium/low heat.
- Add to the lavash wrap and roll into a burrito and place back into the pan to crisp on high heat for 1 minute per side.
