Delicious, high protein ,savory breakfast muffins that are perfect for on the go mornings!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups of Quick Oats
  • 3/4 cup liquid egg whites
  • 3/4 cup low fat cottage cheese
  • 1 1/2 ounces of Cheddar Cheese Shredded
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 lb ground turkey 93/7 blend that has been cooked
  • salt and black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375
  2. Cook your turkey with salt and pepper on the stove top until cooked through
  3. Combine oats, egg whites and cottage cheese into a blender and blend on high until combined.
  4. In a bowl combine the oat mixture, cheddar cheese, and baking powder
  5. Add in the cooked turkey and mix together
  6. Using an ice cream scoop, fill a muffin tin with the batter
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
