Roasted Dijon Brussel Sprouts

Sweet and tangy, these brussel sprouts are the perfect side dish for any meal.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups quartered brussel sprouts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 F
  2. Wash and quarter your brussel sprouts, if leaves fall off through them on the baking pan as well, they give a great crispy crunch when baked!
  3. On a lined sheet pan place your brussel sprouts and drizzle 1 tbsp of olive oil over them with salt and pepper.
  4. Roast for 15 minutes, or until fork tender.
  5. While roasting, in a bowl combine the remaining olive oil, dijon mustard, salt and pepper and maple syrup.
  6. Drizzle over the brussels and mix until combined.
  7. Place back into the oven for 10 minutes, until nice and golden brown.
