Dijon Maple Brussel Sprouts

Roasted Dijon Brussel Sprouts
Sweet and tangy, these brussel sprouts are the perfect side dish for any meal.

Ingredients
- 3 cups quartered brussel sprouts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
- salt and pepper
- 1 tsp maple syrup
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400 F
- Wash and quarter your brussel sprouts, if leaves fall off through them on the baking pan as well, they give a great crispy crunch when baked!
- On a lined sheet pan place your brussel sprouts and drizzle 1 tbsp of olive oil over them with salt and pepper.
- Roast for 15 minutes, or until fork tender.
- While roasting, in a bowl combine the remaining olive oil, dijon mustard, salt and pepper and maple syrup.
- Drizzle over the brussels and mix until combined.
- Place back into the oven for 10 minutes, until nice and golden brown.
