No Sugar 3 Ingredient Gummies

These no sugar added, three ingredient gummies are the perfect snack for your little one, and they are so fun to make together!

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp gelatin
  • 3/4 cup berries that have been washed and cut
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop your fruit of choice ( I like to use berries as they give the most vibrant colors!)
  2. Place your fruit into a blender and blend on high until liquid
  3. Pour through a strainer to get rid of any skin or seeds
  4. Place into a small saucepan and sprinkle the gelatin over top
  5. Let the gelatin sit for 2-3 minutes before turning the heat to low and mixing until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
  6. Using a syringe or food dropper place the mixture into molds. ( ** Place the mold on a sheet pan for easy transfer to fridge!)
  7. Place in the fridge for a minimum of 1 hour, these need time to set!
  8. Take them out of the molds and place into a container and keep in the fridge for up to 1 week!
